Shipping Policy
Shipping is limited to Canada.
We will deliver the ordered products at the address you provide. Any reshipment due to an incorrect address will be charged to the buyer.
*Prices do not include delivery costs.
Delivery period: Allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.
Boats: The boats are delivered at the Olympic Basin. The client is responsible for taking possession of the boats. Please contact us to know the delivery fees from the Olympic Basin to your site.

Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final, no refunds.
All purchase return requests are subject to approval by Missionpaddlesports.com within 10 days of receipt of the order. For purchase return requests, contact us by email at shop@missiondragonboat.com or by phone at (514) 999-4640. No purchase return request will be accepted after 10 days of receipt of the order.
All merchandise returned to Missionpaddlesports.com must be in the same condition as when delivered by us, including the invoice. Missionpaddlesports.com will check the condition of all returned merchandise and verify that it was delivered by Missionpaddlesports.com
In case of a mistake in size (life jackets, clothes, paddles) the item will be replaced by one of the right size. Delivery period and conditions are the same as mentioned above.
Our goal is for all our clients to be satisfied with their purchase.
Shipping or return fees are non-refundable.
Upon receipt, the client becomes owner of the package. Clients who send back the merchandise or refuse the package in the hope of being reimbursed will see the package sent back right away and will have to pay the extra shipping fees. Missionpaddlesports.com is not responsible if the package is seized due to unpaid postal charges.
No exchange on boats.
